i found the bed and pillows very comfortable in my beautiful room king bed. onsite restaurants offered good variety, and i especially appreciated the quality finish in the rooms. the hotel also has strong security, and i safe area .

i enjoyed a good variety of food at the vista restaurant, and the service from irtema and pritam was really good. the chef ashish prepared food with great taste and attention to detail. kulwant also attended to guests in an amazing way.

I appreciated the scenic views of the Arabian Ocean and the Sea Link. It was beautiful. I also found the staff at reception to be pleasant after a complimentary upgrade. The hotel also featured useful amenities. It had club lounges and a spa.
The pool was quite small, which limited space for swimming. the service was subpar at times. It seemed like a hindrance.

I appreciated the early check-in granted by pavan. It allowed me to settle in quickly after my arrival i received a complimentary upgrade to a room that showcased the sea link and hotel pool the room's cleanliness was perfect, and the deputy housekeeper ensured my stay was pleasant. i must acknowledge the late checkout coordinated so that i could maximise my leisure time.
i encountered a staff handling the reservation desk who addressed guests with a pathetic attitude. this created an unpleasant experience, and i feel better customer service training should be provided. i believe this would significantly .

The staff at Vista are excellent. Ashish, Pritam, Sushant, Priyanka, Iltima, Mansi, Om Prakash, Anshul, Sahil, Keshav, Akash, Vatsal, Ajay, Gaurav, Shyam, Swapnil, Ganesh, and Salah are always on hand!!! I had a great experience in Ming Yang. Vivek, Jitendra, Anmol, and Ganesh were very hospitable and warm!!!
The room I stayed in was not soundproof. I could overhear the person in the next room on the phone.

The pool area is very nice. It features a massive swimming pool and hot tub jacuzzi. The well kept garden is noteworthy, complete with cute little bunnies to feed and pet. A big Koi fish pond is also a lovely detail!!!
